In response to the allegation by Seoul Semiconductor that “MEGAMAN®” brand product infringes Seoul’s two LED patents
Seoul Semiconductor Co Ltd has announced in a press release on 4 June 2019 that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in Germany in the District Court of Düsseldorf against Leuchtstark Vertriebs GmbH, and alleged MEGAMAN® brand lighting product infringes two of its LED patents.
